Certified Wedding Specialist

I've finally done with my Wedding Planner Course and I am now a Certified Wedding Specialist. =)

As you all know, I am an Audit Associate and I have been in this job for 2 years. People would think, 2 years is just nothing. Some people could work like 20 - 30 year in this field. But I seriously don't like being an auditor. I feel stressful, so hectic, and most importantly, UNHAPPY. "Who feels happy being an auditor?" Someone asked me this question. Well, NOBODY feels happy. But they continue doing it. And I really want to be the one who finds something else to do that will make me really happy.

I have never been happier in my life, until I joined this course. I asked my mum for help to attend this course, as I did not have enough savings. I've talk to B about it and he was really supportive of me chasing my dream.

The class was actually not very convenient for me to go to as it was very far from my home. But still, I make it a point to not skip any of the classes. Even though there were lots of assignments, projects and presentations, I enjoyed it pretty much.

So, the question is, why do I want to be a Wedding Planner?
Because, I LOVE Weddings. I always feel emotional and very happy when I am attending someone's wedding. I want to be able to help a bride in creating their dream and making it a reality for that special day. And to me, it's that satisfaction, when you see how happy they are on their wedding day. I want that satisfaction.

From this class, I have met many good experts in this industry. Learn about Bridal Fashion, Photography, and Wine tasting. Even learn on the ways to make a bridal bouquet for emergencies. Other than that, the one with the most hands on practical session, was to create our own centerpieces from something that you won't even imagine that it could be something nice for a wedding. I really had fun for every of the practical sessions. And the greatest thing of all, is meeting all the people who shares the same passion as me and together we had learn of ways to make our dreams come true.

I really hope that in near future, I would be able to find ways in going into this industry. Hopefully people I love would understand how i feel about being a wedding planner, and let me make my dream come true.

Heyya~~~

Yes I'm here! =) Sorry to keep everyone waiting! (I wonder is there anyone waiting for my blog post..dream la~)

LOL!

I'm at Johor now. Pasir Gudang. Such a boring place. No joke. Bored to the max! Can't wait to go over to Johor Bahru tomorrow to meet my relatives. I've got a big event on Saturday. A birthday party for a 70 year old handsome man. LOL.

So anyway, this post.....

I'm gonna talk about a restaurant I've been to with B. I guess everyone should be familiar with the restaurant as it always filled with people inside and also a long long queue outside waiting to get it. What restaurant is this that I'm gonna talk about?

Well, it's Fong Lye @ The Gardens.

B and I have always tried to find delicious Taiwan delicacies as we had enjoyed it so much during our trip to Taiwan. So we tried this place. The environment was quite nice. But if you want a ROMANTIC place to bring your girlfriend/boyfriend, this is NOT the place. The sitting arrangement is not that comfortable as places for 2 people are too close to each other. You could basically listen to EVERYTHING the couple next to you are saying. I was basically only looking at B and did not dare to talk much. =.=ll So if you're going there, remember to bring extra buddies!

We ordered 1 rice set, which comes with small sides, soup and the main dish, Ginger beef! It was Yummy!

I ordered the Mee Sua, and also shared the Da Chang bao Xiao Chang to share with B. But...it wasn't good at all! Guess we keep expecting too much about Taiwan. LOL! We also ordered a WuLong Passion Fruit tea. Yum!  But it was enjoyable that we could spend time together. Ha! Ha!

So..pictures?

So overall, we had a great day~ =)

See you guys again!

Taipei Day 2 - Chiang Kai Shek & Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall

From Taiwan Storyland, we continued our journey to Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall. =) We took the MRT from Taipei Main Station to Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall Station. This station is named after the Memorial Hall, so it's easier for tourist to locate the place. There's even exits at the station that leads you straight to the Memorial Hall.

As it was summer in Taiwan, I almost fainted because of the super hot sun. Even the umbrella couldn't save me from getting burned. =.=ll but the sun didn't stop me from enjoying Taiwan!

I didn't walk up the stairs to visit the Memorial Hall, as it was really really hot and I thought I was going to faint. But BB went up and took some photos, and he was lucky to see the guards changing shift. They were kinda guarding the.....Chiang Kai Shek statue?? =P

Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall was next on our schedule. Again we took the MRT, this time we stopped at Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall Station. It was almost similar like the previous Memorial Hall. Nothing much for me to be excited HAHA. Anyway, picture says it all. =)

Next post, Xi Men Ding!

Till then,

Taipei Day 2 - Taiwan Storyland

We had breakfast prepared by the hotel before heading out. It was just an ordinary breakfast, white porridge with some egg, meat and etc. Even though the breakfast was very simple, but BB and I liked it!

Simple breakfast provided by the hotel
Enjoy~ =)
We planned to visit Taiwan Storyland and some of the Museums. As it was only the 2nd day there, we were still kind of lost even though we have our maps. It's like we have no sense of direction at all. LOL. Taiwan Storyland was actually not very far from our hotel, but we walked up and down that street and still couldn't find it. In the end, it was just next to Mitsukoshi building (新光三越). =.=ll

Me!
(Wearing new clothes i bought from day 1)

BB posing =P
Taiwan Storyland is like a museum which portraits the old time life of Taiwan. It has all these small alleys and shops with the old Taiwan atmosphere. The place is quite big and we spend around 1 - 2 hours there. So if you're interested to know how life was in Taiwan back in the 60's and 70's, do drop by at Taiwan Storyland.

Photos~

Actually want to take this because of the
如 and 意
Married? =P

Never write on a blackboard for such a

The small alleys

It was really a fun place and there was really a lot to see. =) OOooOOOoo..i miss Taiwan!

Next, Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall

Restaurant Regal Coronet @ Mahkota Cheras

On the way going to Mahkota Cheras from the Bandar Tun Hussein Onn traffic light, you will see a row of shops on your left. Restaurant Regal Coronet is at the end of that row of shops. They serve delicious Chinese food and my family loves visiting there. My relatives came to visit and my parents brought them to this restaurant, we ordered 8 dishes, bloated but very satisfied.

View of restaurant outside
So i guess..I'll just let the pictures do the talking. Enjoy~ =)

Pork cooked with red wine
Brinjals - very YUM!
Vege
Asam Fish
Thai style fried chicken
Sweet Sour pork
